Toner-based CMYK process color printing is produced on our Xerox DocuColor 240 laser printer with a calibrated Fiery RIP to ensure consistent color. Direct digital output from customers’ electronic files can be printed 1-side or duplex. Recommended sheet sizes are 8.5 x 11, 11 x 17, and 12 x 18.

A wide range of paper stock weights from 70 lb. text up to 100 lb. cover can be printed. Generally, smooth finish stocks yield the best results and rough finishes such as embossed or flannel do not permit proper fusion of toners. Also, be wary of designs with heavy coverage that fold through the image area. Toners tend to crack when folded even if they have been scored and folded with the grain of the stock.
